Job Description

  • Perform all Secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the professional, efficient and effective fulfillment of managing Director requirements.

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, conferences etc.

  • Attend meetings and keep minutes

  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate

  • Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients.

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Presentable.

  • Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor Degree .

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Fluent English
