Job Description
Perform all Secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the professional, efficient and effective fulfillment of managing Director requirements.
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, conferences etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Job Requirements
Presentable.
Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor Degree .
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Fluent English
