JOB DESCRIPTION
Develops and builds relationships with prospects and customers.
Produces appropriate sales forecasts and is able to capitalize on/ compensate for market changes.
Determine Clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Identify new markets and customers’ needs and pitch prospective customers.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Recognizes, anticipates, and solves customer problems resulting in business opportunities.
Achieves sales goals and objectives in assigned territory as derived by business strategies and marketing plans.
Creating goals consistent with business strategy.
Job Role
4 - 6 years of sales experience in Real Estate.
Ability to grow sales by developing key relationships
Highly self-motivated and target driven.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Remains focused despite challenging circumstances.
Willing to go ‘above and beyond to make the sale.
Bachelor's Degree
