JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience Needed: 3 to 5 years

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect (Execution) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site, ensuring that construction activities are executed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Job Role

• Supervise and manage on-site architectural execution work.

• Ensure all construction activities align with architectural drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants .

• Monitor progress and report on-site developments to the project manager.

• Review shop drawings and materials submittals to ensure compliance with design intent.

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards.

• Ensure timely completion of architectural tasks within the Customer Agreement schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Decor Department .

• 3+ years of experience in architectural site and Decor supervision and execution.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
