Job Description

• Conduct cost estimation and pricing for new projects, including material take-offs and BOQ preparation.

• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and procurement to ensure accurate quantity take-offs and material tracking.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for all QS-related tasks.

• Prepare and review monthly cost reports and assist in financial forecasting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering- Civil division.

• Excellent communication skills.

• 3-5 years of experience, 3 years at least in the same role in construction companies.
